The pasta was great. I loved Vodka alla pollo, Carbonara was good too. The entries are huge, I regret not splitting one for two, even for a small fee they charge.

Vitos gets an a in every category. The food was outstanding. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. Chelo was taking care of me. In fact everyone took care of me. They never once acted like they wasnt my server. This is a must visit restaurant. It is absolutely a diamond.

Had to kill time before checking into my hotel before flying back to Chicago. I wanted a fine dining experience and Vito Trattoria perfectly matched my expectations and didnt disappoint! When in San Jose again, I will certainly go back!

The service from this restaurant was amazing and the food was absolutely amazing the soup was creamy and rich but not heavy and the ravioli had a consistent chewy texture for al dente noodle.
